For as long as I can remember, I have always been a passionate cook. I'm not sure whether this is because of the enjoyable process cooking up a feast or digging into a beautifully cooked meal. One thing I do know is that it is all pretty much down to my parents. They are both passionate cooks just like me, instead of heating up a microwave meal or take a trip to a nearby Fast Food Restaurant, they will invest in cooking me and my sister a nutritious meal to end the day. When I imagine a wonderful meal, I immediately think of my parents and the way they combine different sorts of exotic or unusual flavours to create an exquisite meal.
